Kentucky Volleyball Enacting Pass-List Attendance Model

0

The University of Kentucky volleyball program has announced the attendance plan to begin the 2020 fall season. In addition to essential personnel required to conduct the contests, UK volleyball will adopt a player-guest and coach-guest model, meaning no ticket options will be made available to the public at this time.

UK Athletics will continue to evaluate the attendance plan, with consideration to the capacity of  Memorial Coliseum, as the season progresses.

Player and coach guests attending UK volleyball matches should expect a scope of game day changes, including all tickets being administered via a pass list. Full changes can be found on the Gameday Website, which can be referenced throughout the season.

On August 27, the SEC office in conjunction with the SEC Medical Task Force and conference athletic directors announced the new format for volleyball and women’s soccer for 2020-2021 with the NCAA Championships potentially being moved to the spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2020 SEC fall volleyball season will consist of an eight-match, conference-only schedule over six weeks of competition beginning October 16 with each school facing four opponents twice in the same weekend on back-to-back days.
